Google stopped showing FAQ rich results in search, having already narrowed them to well-known government and health sites for a good while before that. A number of listings in this category still advertise the rich snippet as a benefit, so it is worth knowing before you weigh their claims against each other.
What remains is a real but smaller job, and it is content management rather than SEO. Shopify has all the raw material, metaobjects for repeatable structured entries, page templates and alternate templates, sections with their own settings, and it assembles none of it for you: a theme will not display a metaobject until somebody adds a section that does. So what is being sold is the accordion, the editor, and the plumbing that puts the same answer on a product page and a help page without you maintaining it twice.
