Rankbase is a product owned and operated by Craftshift, a company duly incorporated under the laws of its jurisdiction with KVK Number: 93463359, located in the Netherlands. All references to 'we', 'us', or 'our' in these Terms of Service refer to Craftshift, the owner of Rankbase.
Rankbase provides tools designed to improve the ranking of apps on the Shopify App Store by analyzing data from your Google Analytics account and offering actionable suggestions. These Terms of Service govern your use of our website and services.
By accessing or using Rankbase, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, then you may not access the service.
To use Rankbase, you must register and provide your name, email address, and company name. You are responsible for keeping your account information up-to-date and for all activities that occur under your account.
Your privacy is important to us. Rankbase uses your data to provide service functionalities, such as sending notifications about changes in keyword positions and new posts in Shopify community forums. We do not share your data with third parties, except for debugging purposes as necessary. All personal data is handled in accordance with our privacy policy.
Rankbase offers various paid plans managed through our merchant of record, Paddle. By subscribing, you agree to Paddle's terms and conditions. Subscriptions are billed in advance on a recurring basis and are non-refundable, except as required by law.
You may cancel your subscription at any time through Paddle. Cancellation will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will have continued access to the service until then.
You may not use Rankbase for any unlawful purposes or to conduct illegal activities. Misuse of any data, including data from Google Analytics, is strictly prohibited.
Rankbase is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted or error-free. In no event will we be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages resulting from your use of, or inability to use, our services.
Any disputes arising from the use of Rankbase will be resolved through binding arbitration under the rules of the [Arbitration Association]. The place of arbitration shall be [City, Country].
