It appears once the order is confirmed and before the thank-you page, and an offer accepted there is applied as a change to the order just placed rather than as a second order. That is what makes one click enough, and it is also where every constraint comes from: the offer can only render if the card used at checkout was vaulted, so it never appears for wallet or instalment payments, for gift card purchases, or on several third-party processors.
A real share of your traffic will therefore never see one of these offers, and how large a share depends entirely on how your customers pay. The other rules are fixed too. Only one app can hold the post-purchase page, so installing a second is a choice between them; a checkout accepts at most three offers; and it works on the online store only. The thank-you and order status pages are separate surfaces where an extension cannot change the order at all, which is why the same app usually treats them differently.

- Your payment mix sets the ceiling
- Before comparing features, look at how your orders are actually paid for. Wallets and instalment plans are excluded by the platform, not by the app, so a store where most checkouts go through them has a much smaller audience for this than the case studies assume. No app can widen that.
