These pull a product off somebody else's listing, usually a marketplace and in several cases any address you paste, and rebuild it in your catalogue: title, images, variants and price in one action. Shopify's own documentation covers neither half of that. What it describes is importing a spreadsheet you already hold, and a programme for bringing in products from another Shopify store where the supplier has agreed to supply you.
