Questions

Do I get an invoice?

Yes, automatically. Stripe issues a numbered invoice with a PDF the moment your payment succeeds and emails it; your manage page keeps it too.

How do I get my company name and VAT ID on the invoice?

Enter them at checkout ("business purchase"). They are printed on the invoice and reused for extensions. Invoices cannot be changed after payment, so add them before paying. Where a valid EU VAT ID applies, the reverse charge is used automatically.

Can I change the card?

Update your App Store listing; the card refreshes within 24 hours. Nothing is edited by hand.

How long does it run, and can I extend?

Choose 4, 6, 8 or 12 weeks after previewing your card. Before it ends you can extend from your manage page (up to 12 weeks ahead); we remind you 7 days and 1 day before.

Do I get statistics?

No. Tag your own analytics with the utm_medium=sponsored parameter our links carry.

Refunds?

All sales are final, with the exceptions in the terms (a placement we remove as irrelevant, or a page we take down ourselves, refunds unused full weeks).
