This looks like a geography filter and it is really one problem with two halves, both created by cash on delivery. Shopify treats it as a manual payment method, listing cash on delivery alongside money orders and bank transfers, and an order placed that way sits marked as unpaid until you say otherwise. Nothing is verified when it is placed. So half of this category exists to confirm the order before anything ships, by automated call or text, and half exists to book the shipment with a local courier once it is confirmed.

The courier half runs into a specific gap. Shopify builds a tracking link automatically only when the fulfillment names a carrier it recognizes, and its list is country-specific: it covers Indian carriers by name and none of Pakistan's, so an app has to supply the tracking URL itself for a customer to get a working link. Shopify's own label buying is a separate service whose eligibility varies by carrier and country, which is why every listing here is a booking integration against an account you hold rather than a way to buy postage inside Shopify.

Your courier, by name: These are individual carrier integrations, not a generic shipping layer. Match the app to the account you actually hold, and check whether it books, prints and tracks or only does one of the three.
