Orders export as a CSV you ask for by hand, small selections download and larger ones get emailed to you, and the product export is CSV with UTF-8 encoding as the only supported format. There is no schedule anywhere in that flow and no destination other than your own machine. Shopify Flow does not close the gap either: its action list has nothing for spreadsheets, and the generic escape hatch, sending an HTTP request, is itself limited to the higher plans.
So the value here is the loop rather than the file. These apps keep a sheet current without anyone asking, and most of them run it in both directions, which is the part that changes how a team works: edit prices, stock or tags in the spreadsheet, and the store follows.
