It already has a batch flow that groups fulfillments so you can print a pick list, scan barcodes to verify the pack, and print labels, packing slips and customs forms together. If nobody has shown you that, a fair amount of this category is selling you something you have.
The gaps are specific and worth knowing by name. Bulk actions in the admin degrade past a documented order count, and marking orders fulfilled in bulk leaves tracking numbers to be added afterward, which is why so many of these listings are really "fulfill and attach tracking in one pass" rather than bulk anything. Splitting an order across locations by your own rules is a function reserved for the top plan and available by request. And a warehouse that fulfills for you plugs in as a fulfillment service, which creates its own location automatically rather than reusing one of yours.
