Shopify does have a supplier concept, which surprises people, but it is pointed the other way. A supplier record exists to sit behind your own purchase orders: contact details, currency, payment terms, the things you need when you are buying stock to hold. Nothing connects it to an external catalogue or a live price. It is bookkeeping, not a feed.
