Shopify recognises hundreds of carriers well enough to turn a tracking number into a clickable link, and Aramex is barely one of them. The only Aramex entry on that list is Aramex Australia, offered exclusively to shops located in Australia. Across the Middle East and South Asia, where the carrier actually is, Shopify has no idea what an Aramex tracking number is. Everything on this page exists to fill that hole.

Live rates are a separate problem with a separate answer. Quoting Aramex prices at checkout means the Carrier Service API, and that is plan-gated: a request to create a carrier service fails unless the store is on Advanced or higher, with a paid add-on the only way around it on lower plans.
